Nuestro equipo de arquitectos y consultores técnicos está altamente capacitado para ofrecer soluciones arquitectónicas de vanguardia que se adapten a las necesidades y objetivos de nuestros clientes.

Usamos el diseño integrado con herramientas computacionales orientado a la fabricación, siguiendo los procesos de la Construcción 4.0, ya que la industria de la construcción se está digitalizando con el fin de ganar en mayor eficiencia, velocidad, calidad y, por supuesto, beneficio económico.

Años de experiencia

Gonzalo Pulido López es titulado en Arquitectura por la Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de Sevilla, y Máster en Arquitectura por la Florida International University, en Estados Unidos. Asimismo, posee un Máster en diseño arquitectónico, paramétrico y digital en The University of Sydney en Australia.

Desde el año 2010 compatibiliza su carrera profesional en España con la investigación y la tesis doctoral, especializándose en diseño bioclimático y en sostenibilidad, acreditándose como arquitecto LEED AP, el estándar en edificación sostenible a nivel mundial.

Con más de 10 años de experiencia como coordinador BIM, y BIM MANAGER especializado en proyectos sostenibles y simulaciones energéticas, para el desarrollo de proyectos nuevos y de rehabilitación e innovando en las estrategias de gestión y planificación, así como en los procesos productivos y organizativos, en base a los principios LEAN.

Formador de Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Estructuras+Robot y en planificación y presupuestación de obras bajo tecnología BIM (4D y 5D), así como realizando posteriores consultorías y planificación de obras mediante uso de modelos BIM, ayudando a la implementación BIM en equipos multidisciplinares estudiando su funcionamiento y forma de trabajar para que se adecue a las necesidades de cada una correctamente.

Orientado al modelado en REVIT y enfocado a la simulación energética con Design Builder y Green Building Studio y con experiencia en obra lineal, usando INFRAWORKS y CIVIL3D.
